C2 Lofts, Summerlin
C2 Lofts at Summerlin is a mixed-use, mid-rise building located at the southwest corner of the 215 freeway and W. Charleston Blvd. This project will consist of 100 lofts within two five-story buildings. Building A will feature 40 residential units; Building B will feature 60 residential units. A private gated entrance leads you into spectacular Red Rock mountain range and city light views. C2 Lofts in Summerlin is anticipated to open its first homes in the last quarter, 2007.
Prices range from the $700,000s to $1.2 million. Eight floor plans, ranging from 1530 to 2800 square feet; expansive windows; 10' to 12' ceiling heights in flats; 20' ceilings in two-story loft plans. Each loft is provided with two reserved parking spaces and large storage closet within enclosed parking garage.
Homeowners receive an executive golf club membership to the Red Rock Country Club, upon application approval. Membership will entitle year round use of the golf courses as well as the clubhouse, sports club, tennis and swimming facilities.
